WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
You must be affiliated with a licensed Idaho distributor and have a valid certificate of approval from the Idaho State Police Alcohol Beverage Control. Please contact me if you need a distributor for the event or are unsure of your certificate of approval status.

only 2 hours from Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, Sun Valley, and 3 hours from Salt Lake City!
Last year 100 breweries helped the fest and other NABA events net over $150,000. We have now donated more than $ 1,224,000 to charitable and non-profit organizations. That’s right almost ONE and a QUARTER MILLION DOLLARS – to all of our brewery participants, thank you!!!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST YOUR BREWERY FOR A BOOTH?
Zero, Nothing, Nada – you just supply the beer and your own set up. We supply tables, ice, volunteers and CO2 .
Hilton Garden Inn 700 Lindsay Blvd, Idaho Falls, ID, 83402, Phone : 208-522-9500 (the same hotel at which the judging will take place). Rooms are under “North American Brewers Association” and are $159.00 + tax per night for Monday or Tuesday through Saturday, or $179.00 + tax per night Friday and Saturday. Rates will be held until May 1st. There will be a fee for early checkout or cancellation. This hotel will sell out. The code is only valid for breweries/judges registered through our website www.mbbf.org or contact Lisa Smith (firstname.lastname@example.org) for help. We are in the process of arranging for rooms at other area hotels.
ON-SITE EVENT ASSISTANCE:
We have volunteers to help move kegs, ice, etc.
All vehicles need to be moved outside of the fenced festival area by 11:00am.
We encourage you to bring POP UPS, DISPLAYS, etc.
NOTE: You can arrange to store kegs in an off site cooler. The festival crew will then transport it to the site on Saturday morning. Please be prepared to meet the truck at 9:00am at the festival site on Saturday. Directions to festival site at Northamericanbrewers.org
NORTH AMERICAN BEER AWARDS:
Friday evening, June 1, 2017, at 6:00 pm at the Hilton Garden Inn. Brewers can bring beer to share to this event.
About 20,000 copies of the program are printed and distributed via our local newspaper, the Post Register, to subscribers, area hotels and at the event. A free 50 word write up can be included if you provide to us, along with your logo, by May 1, 2018. You can also purchase an advertisement in this publication. DONATIONS AND OTHER $ DOLLAR $ INFORMATION:
We are thankful for your donation of time and beer. We also encourage you to bring Tee shirts, etc. to sell and help off set the cost of your travel.
Everyone is required to register with Idaho Tax Commision, whether or not you will be selling merchandise (you can register on line or, forms will be available the day of the event at check in, at the back gate area.)
PLEASE NO GLASSWARE – for sale or give away.
NOTE: Only plastic festival cups which we provide are allowed. This includes cups used by staff behind the tables. Please do not bring any other cups with you.
